QUANTITIES AND SCHEDULING OF WORK:
The BIM methodology allows to quantify and add supplier information and the prices that they manage to make an amount and budget the work together with a schedule, which can be supervised and updated.
BIMX:
Through mobile applications such as BIMX AND GOOGLE PHOTOS, the design process was kept up to date, allowing adaptations or modifications in real time according to the client's requirements.
CROSSING OF ENGINEERING:

Thanks to BIM programs and through MEP applications (mechanical, electrical, pluvial). the work of each discipline was recognized and their implementations are taken into account in order to propose solutions to possible failures in the intersection of engineering.
